The Board of Directors of the Maryland Chapter of the Financial Managers Society has named Tracey Jackson their new President.
Online PR News – 09-February-2016 – The Board of Directors of the Maryland Chapter of the Financial Managers Society has named Tracey Jackson, Investment Manager with MECU of Baltimore, Inc., President of the Chapter. Jackson, who has been at MECU for 10 years, is responsible for developing forecasts to show the credit unions financial trends with the asset/liability management model for board presentations. Jackson also provides oversight for the credit unions liquidity and helps to manage a $400 million investment portfolio. Jackson has been a member of the Financial Managers Society since 2014.
Jackson states that during her tenure, My main goal is to ensure that my colleagues maintain their continuing education hours and that the Maryland Chapter continues to provide outstanding programs and meetings for our members.
Other board officers for 2016 include Penny Somer-Greif (Vice President), Brittany Stern (Treasurer), Mark Davis (Secretary), and Jason Anderson (Past President).
