Top collegiate draft recruits and NFL free agents are among his targets. However, Adams also has a keen eye for the hidden gemsathletes who are rich with talent but for whatever reason, are overlooked.

He has also managed professional boxer and WBC USNBC light welterweight champion, Don Juan Futrell.
